i love color and i’m not afraid to use it. if there was a color religion, i might join it. but for some people (andrea, i’m talking to you), color is a scary, evil thing of wonder, which is difficult, if not impossible to pull off. it’s a wonder i know, but fantastic, fluorescent, acid bright color is the thing right now, and black is just blah. so my prescription for you pigment-phobes is to suck it up and buy some outlandishly bright accessories to go w/ that black tank and grey jeans. seriously. be obnoxious, you’ve got a lot of making up to do.

d’orsay heels $29.50
yellow patent double-strap maryjane $17.99

bright tights – set of 3, red, yellow & blue $14.50
orange patent ankle strap flats $17.99

open weave oblong scarf $19.99
red multi strap toe ring sandals $19
vivid silk clutch $28.80
orange shiraleah tote $27

I love the brights. They’re tricky to pull of but they’re great.
I got four wide plastic bangles at a place called Dot’s. Ever heard of them? One white, one orange, one yellow, one green… all very bright. Guess how much? $1.50 each! How sweet is that? Just thought I’d share since you posted some. And I love those tights!
I love the first shoes. I have no idea what I’d wear them with, but I love them!
Another bright bangle option–an online place called Clothez 2 the Edge has 1.5″ bold patent bangles (9 colors) clearanced for 99 cents, minus another 25% off if you use the discount on the Cheap Chica blog. They have the same deal on a lot of other bangles, including some adorable plaid ones! Max out the color!

For me I am attracted to light colored so I chose the bright one. by using bright colored clothes and shoes, I am sure that many people will recognized you.
