Although I would have swapped the over-the-shoulder for a more unassuming handbag or clutch, the electric blue hair ribbon and the delicate tangles of necklaces and bangles are little bits of unexpected perfection.

  I especially love her use of jewelry as well! It adds a kind of edgy but feminine touch to the outfit.
