Come on, it's the warmest place in Canada. It's MARCH and people are wearing shorts. I guess it's all relative though, I suppose Vancouver is "wintery" if you live in California, but I fight long and hard to make sure people know that Vancouver isn't like the rest of Canada. It's not THAT cold!
